Such an awesome little spot tucked away near the Capitol! The inside is new and unassuming, but the staff are SOOO sweet and I love the baked treats! Not to mention that its all gluten free with tons of options that you couldn't find much anywhere else. I do hope this place stays up and grows into a staple of town!

The best gluten free scone/bread/pastry things I've ever eaten! Was on vacation and made a special detour to try them. Was not disappointed! The owner and shop itself were wonderful. Texture and flavors were excellent! We got 6 different flavors to try. The bacon cheddar one was my favorite followed by the cinnamon one. The chocolate, blueberry and peach ones were also tasty. I didn't try the vegan one but my sister liked it. Will definitely go back! *Would be awesome if one day basic flour mixes were available so i can make them at home since i live on the opposite side of the US.

Finally a place with gluten free goodies that is one of the best, if not the best bakery in the area. Each pastry has so much flavor and a nice light texture that doesn't weigh you down. I am allergic to eggs, gluten and wheat. I was able to find one of, if not the best double chocolate muffin I've ever eaten. All of their scones are fruit filled (blueberry in the picture) and are also full of flavor. I highly recommend this bakery. The only thing I wish is if there were more vegan options readily available and more hours of operation for this business. Even with the limited hours and limited vegan on hand choices (he is able to make anything vegan with a custom order), they are worth the wait. Seriously, eat here. Update: the owner had more vegan options. I was able to try the vegan chocolate raspberry scone. It was literally the best scone I have ever had. I still highly recommend eating here. What's good you ask? Everything on the menu. I can't wait to see what other goodies come next!

The split pea soup was amazing! The bacon cheddar scone was delicious, It was flakey on the outside and moist on the inside! All gf menu with a great variety and a few vegan options as well! Super sweet owner :)

They have a great variety of both savory and sweet scones. These scones are nothing like you have had at Starbucks or another coffee shop. They are MASSIVE and FLUFFY and have a great texture- they’re the kind of thing you could feed your friends and they would never know they are actually gluten free. I also got a ganache cookie (AMAZING) and a latte. This is a dedicated gluten free facility only 1 mile from I-5. They have a free parking lot - so no need to hunt for parking. This is definitely a must- visit if you are local or if you are traveling on I-5 and need a celiac-safe, gluten feee snack or breakfast.

This is always the #1 place to go when I want gluten free bakery items ! Every time we walk in we are greeted with smells as delightful as the bakers smiles! A must have for anyone that lives in Thurston County!!!

Yummy, yum, yum! I stopped in yesterday, my first visit, and was surprised and pleased by the simplicity of this bakery: gourmet scones and biscuits to go. I ordered two of each scones options: lemon, Hawaiian, and vegan chocolate chip. All gluten-free and perfectly delicious. My husband favored the Hawaiian while I took a shine to the chocolate chip. Again, each flavor was delightful and stimulating to our taste buds. These scones are also the largest that I've ever seen. The six that I brought have been our breakfast for two mornings and an afternoon snack. My understanding is that fall brings additional food options, as soups are added to the menu. I'm imagining them as equally enjoyable. If you are in the area, I recommend that you pick up some of the delightful treats provided at Olympia Bakery by a personable and talented baker. Enjoy.

Love, love, love Olympia Baking Company!!! The owner, Willis, is friendly, helpful, generous with his time, and best of all an amazing pastry baker! I don't know how he makes the tastiest scones we've ever had, but he manages to make them Gluten-Free and sometimes even Vegan. His bakery is a dedicated GF facility...he also serves other items in addition to scones, you need to check out this jewel of a business!

Tried this place for the first time today as I had a friend over who has Coeliac. Absolutely amazing! The scones are so soft and fluffy and have an amazing flavor! I grabbed some for my aunt, who also has a gluten intolerance, and I can not wait to give them to her. The atmosphere was very homey, and the owner was nice and so excited to hear that we found this place! 10 out of 10 will return and be telling lots of people about it!
